La Encina Interiores, S.L. owns several online stores. If you are a customer of more than one of our brands, your data is processed independently by each brand, unless you explicitly authorize otherwise.

2. What data do we process?

  • Identification and contact details: name and surname, NIF/CIF when necessary for invoicing, postal address, email, phone number.
  • Order and billing data: products purchased, amounts, payment method, order history, incidents, and returns. We do not store your full card details: these are processed directly by the payment entity.
  • Delivery data: address, floor, elevator availability, appointment preferences, and access remarks necessary for bulky deliveries or those requiring assembly.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, products consulted, and interaction with the website, when authorized through cookies.
  • Communication data: content of emails, forms, chats, and WhatsApp conversations you have with us.
  • Professional data (B2B): data about your company, activity, and supporting documentation if you request access to the professional program.

4. How long do we keep them?

  • Customer and order data: for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, during the statutory limitation periods (6 years for commercial and accounting matters, 4 years for tax matters).
  • Warranties: while the legal or commercial product warranty is valid, plus the limitation period for actions.
  • Commercial communications: until you request to unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
  • Customer account: until you delete it. If it remains inactive for 3 years, we may delete it after prior notice.
  • Browsing data: according to the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
  • Inquiries without purchase: 1 year from the last contact.

5. To whom do we communicate your data?

We only share your data with those who need to process it for the service to function:

  • E-commerce platform: Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders.
  • Payment and financing entities: the card and Bizum payment gateway, PayPal, and deferred payment providers. They process your data as independent controllers in accordance with their own policies.
  • Transport and assembly companies: the logistics operators that deliver and install your order, including suppliers who ship directly from their warehouse.
  • Technology providers: email marketing and CRM tools, web analytics, customer service, product reviews, and invoicing.
  • Advertising platforms: Meta and Google, when you accept advertising cookies.
  • Advisors and public administrations: management, auditing, Tax Agency, consumer authorities, and law enforcement, when there is a legal obligation.

All our providers act as data processors, with a contract signed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, except for those who act as independent controllers (payment entities and advertising platforms, for their own part).

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States and Canada. In these cases, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses, along with additional security measures. You can request a copy of the applied guarantees through the contact form on the website.

7. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request that we delete them when they are no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing in certain cases.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured format or have us send them to another controller.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

9. Minors

To purchase on purahomemuebles.com or register, you must be over 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have done so, we will delete it.

10. Accuracy of data

The data you provide must be accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes, especially your delivery address: an incorrect address may incur redelivery costs for bulky orders.
